I basically just used the brush tool roughly outline the pencil lines with a Wacom tablet. It was very difficult though, as the tablet had no screen on it for to visually see if I'm going off the lines.
I progressed with Arashi and tried to give him a bit of colour. Using the pencil and paint bucket tool.
